The Flexi Kanban Actions provide user an ability build the library of functional quick actions and use it in any place in the application.

Actions can be triggered from the Flexi Kanban Form, VisualForce Page, Lightning Page/Component, SF Process/Flow or SF Einstein Bots.

For cases when single action is not enough Flexi Kanban introduces the Action Groups that allows user to run multiple Actions triggered by a single event enabling users to avoid writing apex classes and triggers.
