Add and Remove Form Components
Components of the following types can be add to the form:
Data Source Fields
Virtual Fields
Options
Related Lists
Adding fields / components to the form
Data Source Fields
Expand "Data Source Fields" section (1)
Drag selected field to the canvas (2)
Along with the form data source all lookup fields are listed in "Select source" picklist (3):
Once field source (4) is selected "Data Source Fields" panel displays related object fields (5) that can be used on the form:

Virtual Fields
Virtual fields are inputs that allow user to provide various type of values without saving them to the base.
Expand "Virtual Fields" section (6)
Drag selected field to the canvas (7)
Options
Options section contains other different elements and components:
nested form (allows include one form into another)
Expand "Options" section (8). Drag selected option to the canvas (9)
Related Lists
Expand "Related Lists" section (10)
Drag selected list to the canvas (11)
Note: only Related Lists are in this section. Lists should be added from "Options" section.
Removing fields / components from the form
Select component (12) that you want to remove
Click "Delete" button (13).
