KanBan API Action

KanBan API allows to call methods for manipulating KanBan elements: show message, refresh KanBan and etc.

• Add an action with the type Kanban API (1).

See more info about creating Action in Working with Actions article.

• Select the Method (2).

• Enter parameters (3).

You can use Static values, Merge Fields or Formulas to populate parameters.

• Save the action

Now you can call it from Kanban and other arias.

Note:

Global Kanban API action can be triggered only on card dragging and are not available from context of a card, column or kanban. If you add such action as a handler on card, column or kanban element, system will show an error message.
